went well for our runner Lucas started in the mass start and despite his weird hair color came back in 4th position Perhaps should you keep it Isia started as second leg and add a great start until she enter this tricky green zone where she lost some time Perrine took the relay next with three other girls yes this is what make 25 manna so special 4 runners may start on the same leg It seems she add a good run as she said afterwards This is the first I run with that much people in forest Nothing to compare with the other big relay even on the first leg Just imagine 300 teams sending at the same time 4 runners readin to fight each I didn t make any mistake and the feeling was pretty good That didn t happend for a while OK Denslen finished at the 16th rank a quite good result for the club compare to initial goal The victory came to OK Linné to conclude this awesome day The OC met some problem with the results but don t worry this should be fixe before the end of the week On synday a WRE

physical sensations The technical part of my race was quite clean but I have made some bad route choices My biggest time loss was when I lost my map and compass in a steep and dangerous downhill It took me almost one minute to figure it out that my map was still at the top and to climb back with the help of roots and my hands At the end

go as planned First in the sprint qualifications I jumped over the 4th control while checking the artificial fence organizers had built between controls 4 and 5 and the way to avoid it Understood my mistake too late and lost 45seconds on that Tero said once he was running 100m in the future I followed his advice but forgot to keep one part of my brain in the present I missed the qualification for 3s and had to watch the final as a spectator Damn Last year it had been easy to accept not qualifying because I ran an ok qualification race was just a bit too defensive and maybe not in good enough physical shape This year I really had the level to qualify easily and it was a clear failure which was about to be followed by another one 3 days later On the middle qualification I felt well and the concentration was good before the start I started the race in control but already to the 4th control I stopped 10m too early seeing a cliff that was not drawn on the map Did not see any flag even though I had been in control of my orienteering to get to this point I then started to panic and I just stopped thinking Lost almost 3minutes on that got down mentally and made an extra 30sec mistake to the last control which made me miss the cut by some seconds This time I deserved it No finals and no relay because who d pick in someone running so bad the 2 races before I was once again just a supporter and cheered for both French teams for whom it didn t go so well I do not really know why it went so wrong during this WOC
