  • CamelCase (diff) – Opus Project
CamelCase v1 v1 1 CamelCase 2 New words created by smashing together capitalized words 3 4 CamelCase is the original wiki convention for creating hyperlinks with the additional requirement that the capitals are followed by a lower case letter hence AlabamA and ABc will not be links 5 6 Customizing the Wiki behavior 7 8 Some people dislike linking by CamelCase While Trac remains faithful to the original Wiki style it provides a number of ways to accomodate users with different preferences 9 There s an option ignore missing pages in wiki to simply ignore links to missing pages when the link is written using the CamelCase style instead of that word being replaced by a gray link followed by a question mark BR 10 That can be useful when CamelCase style is used to name code artifacts like class names and there s no corresponding page for them 11 There s an option split page names in wiki to automatically insert space characters between the words of a CamelCase link when rendering the link 12 Creation of explicit Wiki links is also easy see WikiPageNames for details 13 In addition Wiki formatting can be disabled completely in some places

which support multiple arguments e g Trac ticket 40 20 The URL itself can be optionally followed by a comment 21 which will subsequently be used for decorating the links 22 using that prefix 23 24 New InterWiki links can be created by adding to that list in real time 25 Note however that deletions are also taken into account immediately 26 so it may be better to use comments for disabling prefixes 27 28 Also note that InterWiki prefixes are case insensitive 29 30 31 List of Active Prefixes 32 33 InterWiki 34 35 36 37 38 Prefix Definitions 39 40 41 PEP http www python org peps pep 1 html Python Enhancement Proposal 42 PythonBug http bugs python org issue 1 Python Issue 1 43 Trac ML http thread gmane org gmane comp version control subversion trac general Message 1 in Trac Mailing List 44 trac dev http thread gmane org gmane comp version control subversion trac devel Message 1 in Trac Development Mailing List 45 46 Mercurial http www selenic com mercurial wiki index cgi the wiki for the Mercurial distributed SCM 47 RFC http tools ietf org html rfc 1 IETF s RFC 1 48 ISO http en wikipedia org wiki ISO ISO Standard 1 in Wikipedia 49 50 CheeseShop http cheeseshop python org pypi Python Package 1 from the Cheese Shop 51 SQLite http www sqlite org cvstrac wiki p 52 mysql bugs http bugs mysql com bug php id Bug 1 in MySQL s bug database 53 peak http peak telecommunity com DevCenter 1 in Python Enterprise Application Kit s Wiki 54 MODPYTHON http issues apache org jira browse MODPYTHON Issue 1 in mod python s JIRA instance 55 SvnWiki http www orcaware com svn wiki Subversion Wiki 56 57 58 A arbitrary pick

The prefix is case insensitive 31 32 For convenience there s also some alternative short hand form 33 where one can use an alias as an immediate prefix 34 for the identifier of a ticket changeset or report 35 e g T234 T1508 trac 1508 36 37 Examples 38 39 It is necessary to setup a configuration for the InterTrac facility 40 This configuration has to be done in the TracIni file intertrac section 41 42 Example configuration 43 44 45 intertrac 46 Example of setting up an alias 47 t trac 48 49 Link to an external Trac 50 trac title Edgewall s Trac for Trac 51 trac url http trac edgewall org 52 53 54 The url is mandatory and is used for locating the other Trac 55 This can be a relative URL in case that Trac environment is located 56 on the same server 57 58 The title information will be used for providing an useful tooltip 59 when moving the cursor over an InterTrac links 60 61 Finally the compat option can be used to activate or disable 62 a compatibility mode 63 If the targeted Trac is running a version below trac milestone 0 10 0 10 64 trac r3526 r3526 to be precise then it doesn t know how to dispatch an InterTrac 65 link and it s up to the local Trac to prepare the correct link 66 Not all links will work that way but the most common do 67 This is called the compatibility mode and is true by default 68 If you know that the remote Trac knows how to dispatch InterTrac links 69 you can explicitly disable this compatibility mode and then any 70 TracLinks can become an InterTrac link 71 72 Now given the above configuration one
